All users who register with TOUCHEU are fully responsible to keep their accounts and private information, such as passwords confidential. Users must not disclose any sensitive information to third-party. TOUCHEU will never request any of these information at all times.


When accessing and using our site, you must accept and comply with all provisional arrangements listed under the terms, conditions and privacy policy. You are also responsible to ensure that all persons who access TOUCHEU website using your account and/or internet connection comply with these rules.


TOUCHEU has the right to terminate or modify any and/or all parts of the website without prior notice at our absolute discretion including but not limited to the terms and conditions, policy, your account information and your right to access the website for various reasons.


Sellers who sell their products on TOUCHEU have signed an agreement to comply with all copyright rules. Content and materials posted and uploaded on the website are owned by TOUCHEU and the sellers. These works are protected by copyright laws and all such rights are reserved.


You must not use any part of our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us. If you copy, print off, download and/or adapt materials on TOUCHEU website in breach of these regulations, you must remove and dispose of them at our option. Your right to use the website will also cease immediately. 


Account Policy

You must provide accurate and true information about yourself. Using false information or impersonating another person’s account is prohibited. You are also responsible for your account and account security. If you are sharing an account, the person whose billing address is on the account is responsible for all activity.


Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that, unless with prior approval of TOUCHEU, by using the site, becoming a member, buying or selling any product on TOUCHEU does not entitle you to copy, edit, publish, sell and reproduce any material on the website including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, trademarks, contents, images, products and software. Failure to comply may lead to copyright infringement and violation under applicable laws.


All trademarks and brands of sellers selling on TOUCHEU website are owned by the creators, makers and makers’ assistant/staff involved in making the products. The owners reserve full ownership rights of these trademarks and brands. TOUCHEU does not represent and/or warrant any of these trademarks and brands in the website content, images, messages and product descriptions.



All users must agree to use TOUCHEU website and services under their own discretion, responsibility and risk. Under the applicable law, Shenzhen Toucheu E-Commerce Co., Ltd including its board of directors, employees, suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, vendors and representatives are not liable for, and you agree to protect TOUCHEU from any damages, losses and claims (including but not limited to losses of money, reputation and other intangible profits) that are directly or indirectly caused by:


  • Ability or inability of users to use TOUCHEU services.

  • Price, quality, item description, time accuracy and quality of product delivery.

  • Dispute between users.

  • Defamation.

  • Bugs, viruses, spywares, hacking, system lags and inaccuracies, service disruptions and other types of disruption that access TOUCHEU website.

  • Losses and negligence of users.

  • Misuse of purchased products.

  • Damages to your hardware devices when accessing TOUCHEU.

  • Copyright infringement and violation of intellectual property rights.

  • Losses due to unofficial payment methods to other parties other than TOUCHEU official bank account. Losses due to third parties who impersonate and falsely claim using TOUCHEU name and/or failure to write the correct bank information details and/or account number and/or due to bank’s mistake.


This agreement is arranged and interpreted in accordance to the applicable laws in Mainland China. You agree that any legal action or any potential dispute that may arise, is related to TOUCHEU and/or this agreement will be solved exclusively and under Mainland China jurisdictions.


International Use

TOUCHEU provides information and content that are accessed from inside and outside of Mainland China but does not abide by any laws outside the two regions. Users of TOUCHEU should comply with local applicable laws when accessing TOUCHEU website outside of Mainland China. TOUCHEU takes no responsibility for non-compliance actions.



Privacy Policy

This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for toucheu.com. TOUCHEU upholds the strictest standards to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy.


TOUCHEU is the sole owner of all information on the website and will never rent and/or sell any or all part of your personal information to any third party. The purpose of collecting your information when you access the site is to enhance user experience and web navigation. The personal data that we collect includes your name, contact details, gender, date of birth, payment methods, products purchased, reviews, location data, logs and communication data and information about your computer including IP address, operating system and browser type. We may also count the number of pages visited for website statistics purposes.


We use secure servers and a security protection, which encrypts all information that you input to protect your data safely.


In general, your browser will automatically accept cookies when visiting a website. Cookies are bits of information that your browser store on your computer. The purpose of collecting information is as listed in this Privacy Policy Statement. Third party advertising companies may also collect a cookie to provide advertisements of products that may be of your interest. But, third party cookies do not collect personal information. If you disable cookies, you will not be able to shop on TOUCHEU but able to visit other pages of the site as the system will fail to recognize the items you add to your shopping bag. We highly recommend turning on the cookies for a more enjoyable shopping experience.


We also intend to use your personal data for sending information about events, promotions and contests, analyzing statistics for business evaluations and conducting surveys relating to our customers, products and services.



Buyer Policy

This policy is arranged as part of our terms. By shopping on TOUCHEU, you are agreeing to all of our terms and policies.


TOUCHEU Marketplace

By shopping on TOUCHEU, you understand that:

  • You are shopping from established sellers worldwide.

  • TOUCHEU does not keep inventory and all items are shipped from our sellers directly.

  • Sellers may have their own specific policy on pre-orders and returns eligibility.



TOUCHEU offers various tools of communication, such as email, live chat, message box and social media. By shopping on TOUCHEU, you understand that:

  • You can contact sellers or TOUCHEU directly if you have product inquiries via message box.

  • TOUCHEU will assist sellers and buyers to solve any issues as soon as possible during business hours.


We are open Mon – Sun 9am – 8pm (China time).



By making a purchase on TOUCHEU, you agree that:

  • You must first register an account and enter your personal details accurately.

  • You have reviewed the item description and shipping details.

  • Items may look different than in photos due to curation and graphic design.

  • You have made the appropriate payment using one of the options provided.

  • You have 7 days to confirm upon receiving your order for a successful transaction.


Rating & Comment

Reviews represent overall customer perception when shopping on TOUCHEU. They are beneficial because they provide insights for other buyers and feedback for sellers. You can rate and leave a review of your purchase within 7 days after your order is completed. By leaving a review, you understand that:

  • Your profile name and review will be visible on the seller’s product page.

  • Your review must not contain spam, inappropriate language, racism and blame.

  • Registering multiple accounts for the sole purpose of leaving fake ratings and reviews to improve a seller’s reputation and product’s popularity is prohibited. This act is deemed as manipulation and is not acceptable.

  • Leaving a negative rating and comment to force a seller to give a free item, to allow a return and/or to provide a refund that are not agreed in the original transaction is prohibited. This is regarded as extortion and is not acceptable in any way.


TOUCHEU has the right to take appropriate actions, such as removing reviews that violate our policies and subsequently banning the violator’s account until further considerations.


The same policy above applies to sellers.



TOUCHEU requires every seller to process and ship ready-stock order within 3 working days and pre-orders within specified period after receiving the order. The seller will update the tracking number for every order shipped. When a seller fails to ship, we will cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount excluding the payment gateway’s processing fee to your account.


Please email us if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame. TOUCHEU cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Our next step is to lodge an inquiry with the relevant courier. The postal service will then get in touch with you. The whole process can take up to 2 months. Please provide a secure daytime delivery address and it’s best if you or someone is present to receive your parcel as our courier does require a signature upon delivery.



Buyers cannot cancel an order once placed. Therefore, you must check and ensure that all details in the checkout page are accurate. Cancellation is accepted when:

  • A seller fails to process and ship ready-stock order within 3 working days and pre-orders within specified period.
  • We receive a failed payment notice of the buyer’s purchase.
  • A seller violates TOUCHEU’s terms and policies.




Not all sellers accept returns. If returns are eligible, please check whether your reason to return the item matches the following criteria:

  • Damaged.
  • Incomplete parts.
  • Some items are missing.
  • Not as ordered: different size, color, model or material.


Follow easy steps below if returns are eligible:

  • View Order and click Return.
  • Fill return form.
  • Wait for email approval within 3 working days.
  • Send item back to seller.
  • Notify us the courier name and tracking code.
  • Refund after confirmation on receipt of good.


Please take note of the following:

  • You can choose any courier at your convenience for the return.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Latest period to request for a return is 7 days from when you receive the item.
  • Latest period to ship back the item in its original condition and packaging is 4 days after TOUCHEU email approval.


Below are requests that do not qualify for our assistance:

  • Items that are purchased in person and/or from another site.
  • Items that are not paid through TOUCHEU site.
  • Items that have been used, altered, worn, washed or damaged.
  • Returned items that have already been processed for a refund.
  • Items without TOUCHEU return form.



We reserve the right to provide a refund to a buyer when:

  • A seller fails to process and ship ready-stock order within 3 working days and pre-orders within specified period.
  • A seller violates TOUCHEU’s terms and policies.
  • An item is returned.


All refunds will be carried out primarily through the same payment option and currency you used for your purchase. Refunds include the full amount per invoice but not return shipping cost (in return cases). Please note that TOUCHEU does not compensate for any applicable payment processing fees.


Expect the refund within 3 working days from the date that your returned package is received. For other cases beside returns, refund takes 1 working day. Once we complete your refund, you will receive an email.
